Sejeong, Chaeyeon, Yeonjung and Mina are not in the video mainly because this is a sub-unit.

I am aware that YMC is calling this a sub-unit, however they never gave the sub-unit a name, and the album was released under the name of I.O.I. hence why I have the who’s who set up this way. They have termed it a sub-unit because those members were not able to participate. ~James
