I know there were some issues with some of the managers a while back and things like that, and I think the group and/or chinese members were promoting o active in China for a while. The group still posts updates on their Twitter and Facebook, so I don’t think they are disbanded, I think that Yuehua/Starship suck at managing the group ~ James

We do know about the song, but sadly because its a chinese release we can’t add it to their discography, and if Yibo makes it into the final group of produce 101 China we will then update it, but until there there isn’t anything we can update for the group unless they release music here in Korea. ~ James

But the album itself was not released in Korea. Its like when groups released a Japanese album with a korean version of it, we don’t count it. I did already look at that the day it was released and was super disappointed because I can’t give them my money for that album. ~ James

As far as I know UNIQ is still together. The group is still active with posting pictures and stuff on melons Aztalk website. I know that for awhile there was some bad press because of a manager in charge of Yibo, so he needed to kind of disappear for awhile. Not having activities doesn’t always mean disbanded. A-JAX hasn’t had activities in over 3 years, and they just showed up at a KCon red carpet as a group. MR.MR had activities up through the start of this year and their disbandment was announced shortly after their last Japanese promotion. Girl groups go innactive for years and suddenly return. ~James
UNIQ releases an MV entitled ‘Happy New Year 2017’. Its a chinese song and i think it willl not be included. But i just wanna say that yibo is taking a temporary hitus due to his issue of his former manager, i think money embezzlement issues, like that! but I think Yibo will not leave UNIQ~~ Please support them!!

Starship and Yehua formed a partnership a little before EOEO was released making them technically a part of Starship.
The first time I watched their EOEO Live Dance at Show Champion, I’m captivated by the guy wearing yellow hooded jacket (which happens to be Yibo). They have a Chinese member, Yixuan, as leader for when they promote in China. Then when they are promoting in Korea Sungjoo is the leader. It helps to have someone who is most familiar with the culture and language as leader. Cross Gene and EXO also do this. ~James
In the video “Let’s Dance” SungJoo said he is the Leader and the Lead Vocal. WenHan said he is in charge of vocals and looking good, I guess he wanted to say that he is the visual/face of the group. Well YiXuan just said that he is tall LOL. YiBo the rapper and dancer. SeungYeon said he is in charge of rap and vocals. So… this is what they said !!!!
Yep ~ I have seen that episode^^ We’ve already got all that information on our site, and because the video was released in Korea the Korean leader said he was the leader, during Chinese promotions the leader will switch to their Chinese leader ~ the only reason we don’t have visual is because we don’t do visual as a position – we leave the visual up to the fans to decide ~ cause everyone has different taste in attractiveness ~ Though I definitely am biased towards Wen Han hahaha

maybe it is easier if the leader know how to speak in the language of the country.. if promoting in china, chinese leader take charge in explaining and vice versa.
They are not bias..It’s just that if this group is in korea, the leader would be korean because obviously they are in korea and he knew how to communicate with korean fans while if they are in china, chinese leader is needed to communicate especially with chinese fans..I think it is not an issue at all. 🙂
