I think I finally got it fixed – for some reason the page for madtown was updated correctly, but the post kept using the old who’s who page for just pro-c which was why it wasn’t there. Let me know if it works correctly for you now! (I tested it on firefox, chrome and internet explore so I think it should be good)

In the unit daewon said madtown has disband in episode 13 and the unit or kbs has removed lee geon from madtown just only lee geon no writing from madtown again when episdode 15

Going into the military doesn’t mean that you are out of the group. However with Madtown’s unfortunate situation, he may not even have a group to come back unfortunately. For now I will just mark his current status as in the military ~ James

The word he used for leaving the group isn’t the typical word usually used when someone quits and leaves the group, which is why I am leaving the profile as such for the time being. His message can be interpreted that he decided to leave the group at this time which is quite young for an idol to go into the military which could be why he worried about his decision or again it could be he did mean he was quitting the group. ~ James

From what I know, GNI Entertainment really F**cked MADTOWN over. The last news I heard was that after the CEO was arrested the entire staff at GNI left the company, but because of MADTOWN’s contract they are stuck there. GNI won’t release them from the contract because their contract is the only thing of value that the company has, but there is no staff to manage the group and the members have been left on their own to get to the few schedules they have, so the group has sued to end their contract. From my understanding if they got released they were going to try and continue on as a group, but I haven’t watched the Unit yet so I don’t know if Daewon or Lee Geon have said anything about the group disbanding. ~ James
Yeah, it’s a really messed up situation, and these boys deserve much better.
I’ve been watching The Unit and neither Daewon or Leegeon have said much about the situation. The way I understand it is that they will try to continue if they win the lawsuit, but won’t have any backing, unless they get picked up while Daewon and Leegeon are on The Unit.
I really loved Madtown and was really hoping that they would find a way to continue on, but it seems like that won’t happen. In the elimination episode Daewon comments that the group has disbanded and that its just him and Leegeon still working together, and then after that episode the Unit stopped labeling them as Madtown members. I have noticed that disbanded groups aren’t included in the contestants name badge. So my guess is that the group either got together and talked, or had some contact after filming started and decided together that they would no longer continue on as a group. ~ James
