Last i saw Dongmyeong was participating in the Ice Bucket challenge because of Feeldog. Do you have some source or something that you can give us so that we can check easier? ~ James
Dongmyeong don’t leave the band. MAS would re-debut under the name “ONEWE”.
I did see the news on Soompi, and we are looking into it now. we will update it when we can ~ James
He did not leave the band he currently isn’t active as a Mas member right now because he participated in ” The unit”
The unit is a survival show which many other idols can participate in. The unit is to form a project with a total of 9 members. Dongmyeong did not make it to the top 9 so he should be back into the group.
What I have seen is that all of MAS may be redbeuting in a new group. RBW seems to have two new boy groups coming out soon, but I don’t have much information. I have heard that they may be trying to do a JYP/One Day/2AM/2PM thing, but I am still looking into it. As far as the UNIT, all of the members were on the program only Dongmyeong made it fairly far. He was the only one from the group to join Produce last year ~ James

I think that the confusion comes from the fact that he has an early birthday and can be grouped with those born in 1999 because of it. His profile for the Unit and this Vlive http://www.vlive.tv/video/58722?channelCode=EDC22D (at 2:29 Cya says that even though Dongmyeong has graduated, he is still a 2000-liner and it is also written on the far left of the board) both state that he is born in 2000, so I believe that is correct.
This is why Korean age is super annoying (and the fact that it makes me older, which I hate). It’s so much easier when they just tell us what year they were born in ~ James

This is like the 5th time someone has told me that is birthday is wrong. When we have it say 2000, someone gives me a source that says he was born in 99. When we have 99 there is a source that says 2000. There is some black magic happening with his birthday. I swear in 3 months I’ll get a comment telling me that his birthday is 99 again and I will cry.
