I know they recently released an MV without Ming Ming but he is still part of the group, his IG follows the members still and the new BLK accounts have followed him apparently he is on Mix9 to gain publicity for BLK and will be hopefully joining for part 2 of their album
That wouldn’t surprise me since that is part of the reason MIXNINE is a thing. The group is going to start releasing teaser pictures next week so hopefully they will tell us the members real names so I can match them up properly, so far I only know that HyeonSu will go be D.A and Jong In is going to go by I, and it looks like Il Kyeom and Tae Bin are going to keep their names. Which just leaves Kun and MingMing or new members that I don’t know who they are as of yet. But once all the teaser pictures are released I will update this page ~ James

Are there two Maknaes? Because Ming Ming’s and Jongin’s Position is Maknae.
Maknae litterally just means youngest, and in Korean age is determined by birth year and not birth month or date. So anyone who is born in the same year is considered to be the same age, and therefor all of the youngest are technically Maknae. ~James

Hyeonsu is the leader of acemax blk. They said it in Acemax blk tv episode 1. Our fandom name is “Chocolate”, they also said it on acemax blk tv ep 2. Han Woong is no longer a trainee because of personal reasons.

Both AceMax BLACK/RED are debuting in China 1st then in Korea, BLACK have already had stages and been on TV in China it already helped that MingMing was popular because he trained with SEVENTEEN but left just before debut then went back to China for training then came Korea again
They can’t debut in China cause of the THAAD issue, no Koreans are suppose to be on Chinese TV/promoting in China.
Their plan before THAAD was to debut in China first and then in Korea. I don’t know what is happening now with them, if they were scrapped because they are under a Chinese label, waiting it out to keep the plan, or skipping China and preparing for their Korean debut. All of the members except Kun are still active on IG and haven’t changed their IG names and a few of them just celebrated Jong In’s birthday together. ~ James
I’m not sure if you know, but they have a sister group…Acemax RED, they have six members.
One of the members IG accounts, all of the members of Acemax BLK follow the girls and it has Ceckmate Entertainments stamp on the side. Not sure if it counts as official, but i thought i’d let you guys know 😀
